Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or availability or lack of contact information. Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (e.g. no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address) If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. You will be refunded the amount for the products excluding the original delivery fee, if any
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@tjomma.co.za with your order number. We will assist in tracking your parcel.
7. International Shipping
At this stage, we only deliver within South Africa unless otherwise stated.
